Adele shows her support by 'comforting' people at the scene of the Grenfell Tower tragedy during emotional visit

Adele was pictured at the scene of the Grenfell Tower tragedy on Wednesday night.

At least 12 people have died after the devastating fire destroyed the tower block in north Kensington, where flames could still be seen burning more than 24 hours later.

And the death toll is expected to rise as investigators trawl through the wreckage in the search for other victims.

Showing her support, the superstar was spotted by only a handful of fans as she kept a low profile while attending the vigil being held for the victims and survivors.
