Rihanna: ‘I would love to win an Oscar’

Singer Rihanna has set her sights on winning an Academy Award.

The Work hitmaker will soon be seen starring as shape-shifting entertainer Bubble in Luc Besson’s upcoming science fiction movie Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets, based on French comic series Valerian And Laureline.
Already one of the most successful stars in the music industry, with a haul of eight Grammy awards, the singer has revealed in a new interview with The Sun on Sunday that she wouldn’t mind adding a prestigious Academy Award to her trophy cabinet.

Few weeks back, there has been a heavy buzz, promo and hype about the coming of  Kiss Daniel  Single titled “ Sofa ”. The viral pre-release campaign for the song promised that “Sofa” will be another smashing hit from the G-worldwide star. Amidst all the hype we waited patiently until the song finally dropped like a bombshell few days ago. This time Kiss Daniel went the reggae way with a good blend of afro tune which wasn’t bad at all. Apart from the fusion of reggae and afro-pop genre, Kiss Daniel further murdered the song with a more matured lyrical content that blend so well with the atmospheric beat that comes with it. Odunlade Adekola, popular Yoruba actor, has refuted death rumour currently being peddled about him in a new Instagram video. The 38-year-old film star cursed the people the death rumour. In a video recorded in Yoruba language, the comic actor said he has haerd and seen all the rumours of his death making the rounds on social media and has no idea why anyone will want to wish him dead. In his comical manner, he then proceeded to make some notable declarations, or what can be considered barrage of curses on those wishing him untimely death.
